Customer Service Representative — Second Shift

What you'll do

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests
• answer phones
• check identification and member barcodes into the system
• sign up new members and provide club tours
• update member accounts
• respond to questions and concerns and escalate as needed
• help maintain club cleanliness and safety
• clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, and gym floors
• restock locker rooms
• report broken or missing amenities and equipment
• follow lost-and-found procedures.
