What you'll do

• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and procedures
• maintain bar tools, glassware, bottles, and garnishes
• answer menu questions and make recommendations
• take and enter food and beverage orders
• verify guest identification
• restock supplies
• clean and sterilize equipment
• prepare checks and collect payments
• respond to guest concerns
• serve alcohol responsibly
• assist management with beverage menus, ordering, and inventory.
