The Clinical Supervisor — Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) role is onsite in Gardena, CA, with compensation of $95,000–$105,000 per year. The supervisor reports to the Program Manager and/or Director and supports the agency’s community programs. The role oversees clinical services and case management, supervises staff documentation and performance, and provides consultation and field-based support. It also coordinates treatment planning with multidisciplinary and community partners, supports staff training, and monitors quality, regulatory, contractual, and ethical compliance.

What you'll do

• Oversee therapeutic services, case records, reports, and staff accountability
• review staff progress notes and documentation
• provide supportive guidance through team meetings, individual counseling, crisis intervention, and direct in-home clinical service as necessary
• consult with therapists, case managers, and team members
• assist with procedures for working with clients and families
• provide urgent, on-call, or back-up clinical services when needed
• coordinate multidisciplinary services and weekly treatment team meetings
• support treatment planning and evaluation
• orient and train staff
• conduct internal file audits and implement quality improvements
• ensure regulatory, contractual, and ethical compliance
• evaluate and coach staff.
