Part-Time Dietary Aide

The Part-Time Dietary Aide role is onsite in Asheville, NC, with pay of $17.50–$19.00 per hour based on experience. Givens Estates is a nonprofit continuing care retirement community and part of Givens Communities, whose mission is to expand the possibilities of aging and improve lives through communities, services, and outreach. The aide prepares dining areas, maintains cleanliness, resets rooms after service, and assists with meals. The role supports residents and guests by helping the Health Services Dining Team provide meal service in a welcoming community setting.

What you'll do

• Set up dining areas
• keep the dining room clean and reset it after service
• assist with carryout meals as needed
• provide meal service to residents and guests
• operate equipment in the assigned area
• and perform other duties as requested. Weekend availability is required. Availability is needed for early morning and evening shifts between 5:30 AM and 6:30 PM
• no late nights. Experience is not required
• applicants must be at least 16 years old.
