• maintain vendor and subcontractor relationships
• meet project profitability targets
• plan and execute projects
• obtain contracts and payment terms
• coordinate technicians, laborers, and subcontractors
• track equipment
• coordinate subcontractor estimates
• write estimates
• order materials
• communicate with customers and other parties
• inspect properties and complete reports
• maintain project files
• perform production work and minor equipment or vehicle repairs.
