What you'll do

• respond to guest questions and escalate issues
• promote reservations, trade-ins, and loyalty programs
• train and provide feedback to associates
• support onboarding, scheduling, payroll, and compliance training
• maintain store cleanliness and merchandising
• fulfill and ship omnichannel orders
• support inventory control, loss prevention, deposits, and store records
• supervise and delegate to associates and keyholders when the Store Manager is absent.
