Recovery Support Coordinator

The Recovery Support Coordinator is an onsite role in Chillicothe, OH, with a Monday–Thursday schedule from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Compensation is $43,000–$46,000 per year, based on experience and education. Groups Recover Together provides outpatient substance use disorder treatment and supports communities affected by the opioid crisis. The coordinator supports a panel of 160–180 members by helping them engage in treatment, address health-related social needs, and coordinate care across clinical, social, and community settings. The role contributes to member wellness and recovery through relationship-building, outreach, resource connections, and collaboration with the care team.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with counselors, prescribers, and other care team members
• build trusted relationships and support members’ recovery goals
• provide coaching and outreach to reengage members
• offer in-person, virtual, and telephone support
• connect members with healthcare, behavioral health, social service, and community resources
• assist with insurance, pharmacy, housing, and transportation navigation
• manage referrals, releases, and documentation
• maintain accurate EHR records
• support group logistics, scheduling, and treatment-related tasks.
