What you'll do

• Prepare vacant units for move-in by painting, cleaning, and completing light repairs
• address minor work orders such as changing light bulbs, fixing basic plumbing leaks, replacing hardware, and minor drywall repair
• maintain grounds and common areas
• support higher-level technicians
• attend training
• use digital work order systems and basic troubleshooting tools
• report completed work to supervisors. Participate in after-hours on-call rotations at the manager's discretion
• emergency and weekend support is required.
