What you'll do

• Complete diagnostic evaluations, diagnoses, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consultation in person at partner facilities.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, care coordinators, and facility staff, complete timely EMR documentation remotely, and comply with agency policies.
• Requires a qualifying master’s degree, Montana licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC, and an NPI.
