What you'll do

• Partner with franchisees and restaurant leaders to improve in-restaurant execution and performance
• coach leaders on operational metrics and processes
• provide hands-on coaching on food quality, speed, accuracy, cleanliness, safety, and team execution
• lead or support workshops and training
• identify execution gaps and recommend corrective actions
• diagnose underperformance and develop improvement plans
• support new initiative rollouts and targeted restaurant support.
