What you'll do

• Lead Windows Server environments and technical strategy
• design, implement, and sustain enterprise Windows infrastructure
• monitor system health, performance, and availability
• troubleshoot incidents and conduct root-cause analysis
• establish security standards and hardening guidelines
• mentor administrators and engineers
• lead patching, upgrades, migrations, and modernization
• provide basic Linux administration and coordinate complex issues with Linux subject matter experts.
