Construction and Restoration Project Manager

What you'll do

• Prepare project scopes and estimates using computer hardware and proprietary software
• negotiate customer or client approval of scope and estimate
• schedule, coordinate, and oversee crews, resources, and subcontractors
• review job-site documentation and support client requirements and billing
• communicate with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives
• manage production expenses for equipment, vehicles, and materials
• manage customer experience and satisfaction
• provide priority response to potential customers
• participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates.
