What you'll do

• Direct daily activities of LNAs in accordance with regulations and facility policies
• participate in resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
• observe and report changes in resident status
• transcribe and carry out physician orders
• administer medications and observe for adverse effects
• perform ordered wound treatments
• arrange follow-up appointments and transportation
• provide nursing leadership
• deliver direct care including colostomy changes, tube feedings, wound care, suctioning, and IV administration
• collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• initiate and update care plans
• maintain supplies and equipment
• protect confidential health information.

Why this role
