What you'll do

• Participate in hiring adult education instructors
• train, supervise, and evaluate instructors
• create class schedules and maintain facilities
• administer assessments and provide registration, orientation, advising, counseling, and retention interventions
• plan recruitment
• support program development, grant opportunities, strategic planning, and evaluation
• maintain and analyze records and reports
• build relationships with relevant agencies and organizations
• assist with public information and promotional activities
• and support fiscal responsibility.
