What you'll do

• Partner with second- and third-shift leaders on workforce strategies
• lead employee relations, investigations, performance management, corrective actions, engagement, and workforce stabilization
• coach leaders
• supervise and develop HR Generalists
• support staffing, onboarding, retention, talent reviews, succession planning, and organizational change
• monitor workforce metrics
• coordinate with HR Centers of Excellence
• and ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and procedures.
