What you'll do

• Conduct site audits
• evaluate profitability, overhead, and operational efficiency
• coach franchisees on staffing, financial management, workflow, and revenue growth
• review financial statements and budgets
• develop and track KPIs
• recommend cost optimization
• support sourcing and pricing analysis
• create and implement SOPs
• support local marketing and sales processes
• deliver training
• conduct field visits and prepare reports.
