What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, toileting, and hygiene
• support transfers, ambulation, and safe use of assistive devices
• measure and document vital signs and basic health observations as directed
• assist with care-related light housekeeping, laundry, linens, and meal preparation
• provide meal assistance and companionship
• monitor and report changes in condition and safety concerns
• document care
• follow infection-control, safety, confidentiality, and scope-of-practice requirements
• respond appropriately to emergencies and report incidents.
