What you'll do

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC, heating, cooling, plumbing, and oil-fired systems
• diagnose malfunctions and recommend repairs or replacements
• perform preventative maintenance, emergency service, and equipment replacements
• coordinate with office staff and management
• communicate timelines and recommendations to customers
• document work
• test completed systems
• participate in the rotating after-hours on-call schedule.
