What you'll do

• Provide technical support and customized solutions through remote and in-person engagement
• develop relationships with current and prospective customers and strategic partners
• identify markets, customers, applications, and opportunities
• drive projects from concept through implementation
• support complaint resolution, root cause analysis, process improvements, and cost-saving initiatives
• provide technical training and presentations
• collaborate with Global Sales and R&D
• attend customer visits, conferences, and trade shows
• support strategic partnerships
• travel domestically and internationally as needed, up to 50%.
