The physician provides outpatient acute and preventive care for children from birth to young adulthood, assesses physical, psychosocial, and developmental needs, develops and evaluates care plans, educates patients and families, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary care team to improve access and outcomes.

What you'll do

• Provide pediatric acute and primary preventive care and manage chronic disease
• assess patients’ physical, psychosocial, and developmental needs
• develop, document, monitor, and modify care plans
• provide patient and family education
• consult on pediatric practice and disease management
• serve as a clinical resource and role model.
