What you'll do

• Answer overflow calls
• take customer orders and change orders when sales staff are unavailable
• compile information for the quarterly newsletter
• update home photographs, options, and website model information
• organize meetings
• prepare correspondence
• check accounts receivable for past-due amounts and report issues.
