What you'll do

• Oversee purchasing for both locations
• review and approve purchase orders within established limits
• submit recommendations and significant expenses for approval when required
• ensure purchases align with estimates, budgets, and operational needs
• establish consistent processes
• negotiate vendor pricing, discounts, terms, and agreements
• evaluate vendor performance
• identify cost savings and address discrepancies
• coordinate with operations and accounting to record materials and capture costs for billing
• maintain ServiceTitan records
• report purchasing performance
• ensure materials and equipment are available
• travel to both locations as needed.
