The Seasonal Retail Sales Associate role is onsite in Boston, MA, paying $17–$21 per hour depending on experience. What you'll do

• Use the GUIDE service program to listen, educate, and help guests find appropriate gear
• support sales and purchasing decisions
• assist with cash handling, restocking, and maintaining a clean sales floor
• follow safety, security, and loss prevention practices
• participate in product and service training
• educate guests about sustainability initiatives
• participate in local events and community activations when possible.
