The therapist provides ongoing treatment for adults and/or children with severe and persistent mental illness and substance-use concerns. Through assessment, counseling, treatment planning, documentation, and care coordination, the role supports clients’ stability and well-being.

What you'll do

• Provide individual counseling
• conduct diagnostic assessments and formulate diagnoses within scope
• develop treatment plans with clients and appropriate participants
• complete clinical documentation
• manage an assigned caseload
• coordinate care and referrals with clinical colleagues and community partners
• participate in consultation, meetings, continuing education, and supervision as applicable
• provide consultation and education when requested
• contribute to program development.
