What you'll do

• Communicate with clients and auction sites
• place assignments in IMS from VRM
• assign vehicles to auction sites
• monitor new assignments and transport status
• audit vehicles arriving at auction
• process redemptions
• send releases to recovery agents
• coordinate invoices and payments
• review invoices
• coordinate vehicle releases, transportation, and titles
• manage damage claims and documentation
• update claim details and monitor vehicle holds.
