Dental Assistant — Heights Locations

The Dental Assistant role is onsite in Houston, Texas, at the Heights locations. Pay is $20–$25 per hour depending on experience. The Airway Dentists’ mission is to provide exceptional dental care and address sleep-disordered breathing. The assistant supports dentists and patients through clinical preparation, chairside assistance, imaging, treatment follow-up, and office coordination. The work helps the practice deliver airway, orthodontic, sleep apnea, and general dentistry services.

What you'll do

• Manage back-office duties and systems
• record medical and dental histories and vital signs
• assist dentists during procedures
• scan patients using an iTero scanner
• prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
• provide post-operative instructions and follow up with patients
• support airway, Invisalign, and general dentistry treatments
• place temporary crowns, attachments, buttons, and fixed expanders
• coordinate scheduling and virtual appointments
• clean equipment and order supplies.
