Housing Navigator — Part-Time

The Housing Navigator — Part-Time role is onsite in Ventura, CA, with a Monday and Tuesday schedule of 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. and Wednesday 9:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m. Compensation is $21.50 per hour. The role reports to the Social Services Manager at National Health Foundation. The navigator helps guests experiencing housing crises or homelessness move toward permanent housing. Through assessments, individualized plans, case management, housing searches, and coordination with community partners, the role supports housing stability and access to services.

What you'll do

• Assess guests’ housing needs and barriers
• develop Individual Action Plans and housing plans
• connect guests with community resources
• provide housing stabilization services and conduct housing inspections
• identify housing leads and build landlord relationships
• conduct site visits
• coordinate care meetings
• maintain records and reports
• support guests at field appointments.
