What you'll do

• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement

• support mobility, transfers, ambulation, and positioning

• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• provide medication reminders
• transport clients to appointments and errands
• support clients with dementia
• observe and report changes
• maintain documentation and communicate with clients, families, and the team.
