What you'll do

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff
• follow site security procedures and emergency response activities
• conduct regular and random patrols of mall, common, parking, and perimeter areas
• respond to incidents and disturbances
• monitor access points
• document incidents, observations, and patrol activity
• communicate relevant information to site leadership and management.
