Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is onsite in Chicago, IL, with compensation of $65–$70 per hour. Optimal Care Therapy is an applied behavior analysis company focused on evidence-based care and supporting outcomes for children. The BCBA develops and oversees individualized ABA treatment plans, assesses client needs, and adjusts goals to support progress. The role also supervises and trains Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and collaborates with families and multidisciplinary teams to support client success and maintain ethical and regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support
• conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed
• collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams
• maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards. Requires current BCBA certification, a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field, and an Illinois LBA.
