What you'll do

• Support the Store Manager in store operations, guest service, sales initiatives, and associate training.
• Help schedule staff, provide performance feedback, oversee point-of-sale transactions, maintain store cleanliness and merchandising, fulfill omnichannel orders, manage inventory and loss prevention, reconcile daily transactions, and supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders when the Store Manager is absent.
