What you'll do

• Clean common areas, including hallways, lobbies, breezeways, and recreational spaces
• sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and wipe surfaces
• collect and dispose of trash
• maintain outdoor areas by picking up litter, blowing debris, watering plants, and maintaining walkways
• assist with light maintenance
• help residents when needed
• monitor and report safety hazards and maintenance needs
• follow company policies and safety guidelines
• collaborate with maintenance and office teams.
