Production Assistant

Job overview

The Production Assistant role is onsite in Laredo, TX, in a production and warehouse environment. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Program, test, kit, label, and package equipment according to production plans and work instructions
• set up work areas, programs, and materials
• inspect work and flag defects
• perform rework and support nonconforming-material disposition
• maintain production and inventory records
• monitor material needs and coordinate with Procurement
• operate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely
• stage finished goods
• help train new team members
• maintain a clean and safe workspace.

Why this role

Full-time, Monday–Friday position that may periodically require long hours or weekend work. High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of production or assembly experience preferred. Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification required.
