The Indirect Strategic Sourcing Leader, Enterprise Procurement role is onsite in Lindon, UT. Compensation is not specified. Trucordia is building a modern procurement organization to support its growth as an insurance brokerage with more than 5,000 team members across 200 offices. The leader develops sourcing and category strategies, manages supplier relationships and commercial negotiations, and partners with business functions across the company. The role helps establish scalable procurement capabilities, governance, and data-informed processes that support enterprise priorities and operational excellence.

What you'll do

• Develop category and supplier strategies, multi-year roadmaps, playbooks, and governance approaches
• maintain supplier segmentation, renewal visibility, and preferred supplier programs
• monitor market trends, pricing, innovation, and risks
• provide benchmarking and strategic recommendations
• build relationships with business stakeholders
• support supplier lifecycle and performance management
• contribute to procurement policies, tools, templates, and operating model improvements
• analyze spend, supplier, contract, and category data
• prepare executive presentations, reports, business cases, and recommendations
• use Excel, Power BI, AI-enabled tools, and procurement technologies.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience and five or more years in strategic sourcing, procurement, category management, supplier management, or supply chain. Experience with indirect spend in insurance or other complex enterprise environments is a plus.
