What you'll do

• Own investigations and corrective actions for field issues, warranty claims, and quality escapes
• manage engineering changes to standard designs
• work with quality and manufacturing partners on inspection and test criteria
• provide installation and field support
• maintain drawings, specifications, and installation guides
• manage product and company certifications
• track defect trends
• support third-party testing and validation follow-up
• help develop the quality-support function.
