The Cook role is onsite at Moorings Park in Naples, FL. Compensation is $18–$22 per hour. Unidine’s culinary team serves the people supported by its food service operations. The Cook prepares and serves food to established quality, safety, and service standards. The role supports meal production and delivery, maintains clean and safe kitchen areas, and assists with planning, records, ordering, and receiving supplies.

What you'll do

• Prepare food according to standardized recipes and service schedules
• portion and serve meals at appropriate temperatures
• follow ticket procedures and maintain service records
• clean the kitchen and store or discard food safely
• maintain refrigerators and storerooms
• operate and maintain kitchen equipment
• assist with production planning, recordkeeping, ordering, and receiving
• report maintenance needs, faulty equipment, or accidents
• follow HACCP and safety standards.
