CNC Lathe Setup Operator, Second Shift

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and adjust CNC lathes and mills, including single- and multi-axis and turret systems
• develop and maintain programs, tooling, fixtures, and setup procedures
• troubleshoot machine issues
• inspect first pieces and in-process work using precision measuring tools
• record production data
• guide and train operators
• identify process improvements
• maintain setup documentation and perform daily preventive maintenance
• follow safety protocols and keep the work area organized.
