What you'll do

• Consult with clients on UCaaS, AI, and automation solutions
• design intelligent call journeys and create call flow maps
• implement, test, and document projects before go-live
• identify opportunities to improve customer journeys through automation and self-service
• assist account management and pre-sales teams
• support complex implementations and contribute to the knowledge base.
