What you'll do

• Manage, train, and mentor accounts payable and utility accounting staff
• improve invoice automation, payment methods, and utility tracking
• oversee full-cycle accounts payable, check runs, and utility billing reconciliation
• conduct annual evaluations and set staff goals
• ensure internal controls and regulatory compliance
• support month-end financial report reviews and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close
• coordinate with the Controller and regional teams
• maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
