What you'll do

• Perform wash-area duties, including operating a pan washer and hand-cleaning utensils when needed
• disassemble and set up machines for cleaning
• perform janitorial duties throughout the facility
• complete cleaning tasks according to SSOPs
• identify equipment requiring deep cleaning
• use chemicals safely and effectively
• report employee safety, food safety, and quality concerns
• comply with safety and food-safety training, policies, and procedures.
