What you'll do

• Build and lead accounting operations for U.S. and India entities
• establish accounting policies, controls, and procedures
• select and implement accounting and ERP systems
• manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close
• prepare GAAP-compliant statements
• coordinate audits
• manage tax and statutory compliance with advisors
• support financing diligence and investor reporting
• build and mentor the accounting team
• partner with finance and other departments.
