What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair lighting, irrigation systems, and equipment
• trim trees and bushes, mow and edge grass, clean gutters, apply fertilizer and mulch, spray weeds, and collect trash
• complete minor plumbing repairs, power washing, restroom cleaning, and painting
• maintain and order janitorial supplies
• assist with event setup
• participate in city-wide emergency response, including debris clearing, warning signs, and traffic control.
