What you'll do

• Prepare bread, focaccia, rolls and other bread items for restaurant and retail operations
• follow proofing and baking techniques for each variety
• maintain a clean and sanitary food production area according to Department of Health standards
• work toward mastering shifts and production processes
• assist sales associates if needed and engage guests interested in bread production.
