The Case Manager, Criminal Justice Client Monitoring — Day role is onsite in Dallas, TX. Compensation is $20.75–$21.00 per hour. Sentinel Offender Services provides community-based offender monitoring and management programs intended to reduce recidivism and support successful reentry. The role manages an assigned caseload of people serving alternative sentences with electronic monitoring. It supports compliance with court-ordered restrictions through participant orientation, appointments, activity reviews, equipment checks, drug testing, case documentation, and court testimony when required.

What you'll do

• Orient participants to program rules and sentence requirements
• review financial information and assess program fees
• set permitted activities and monitoring schedules
• conduct compliance appointments and review activity reports
• investigate exceptions
• inspect monitoring equipment
• administer drug tests
• maintain auditable case files
• attend court to enroll and instruct participants
• testify when program requirements are not met.
