What you'll do

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow planning across three entities
• oversee construction accounting, job costing, work-in-progress reporting, revenue recognition, and overbillings and underbillings
• review project costs, margins, and financial risks
• oversee financial statements and close processes
• manage working capital, billing, and collections
• lead the accounting team
• strengthen controls and procedures
• coordinate with external accounting, tax, and banking partners
• support accounting software evaluation and implementation.
