Customer Service Porter and Driver

What you'll do

• Greet and assist guests in parking lots and garages
• explain parking technology and assist with enrollment
• respond to customer questions
• patrol facilities for vehicles without proper payment or authorization
• issue parking violations according to company policies
• document violations with mobile devices and photos
• maintain cleanliness
• report debris, spills, hazards, and maintenance issues
• sweep floors and empty trash
• perform basic vehicle cleaning and maintenance
• follow safety protocols.
