What you'll do

• Prepare proposals and estimate work
• review contract language and prepare subconsultant agreements
• prepare or direct preparation of maps, survey plats, records, legal descriptions, and exhibits in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• oversee quality control and assurance
• manage office staff and field crews
• maintain schedules and budgets
• review billings
• assist with business development, client care, profitability, accounts receivable, risk management, employee mentoring and evaluations, hiring, retention, and departmental leadership.
