Dietary Aide

The Dietary Aide role is onsite in Morrison, CO. Compensation is $16–$18 per hour, based on experience and shift. The position supports meal service for residents at a skilled nursing facility. The aide assists with meal preparation, service, and cleanup to provide residents with scheduled meals and maintain a sanitary dining and kitchen environment. The role supports cooks and helps prepare food and trays according to facility procedures.

What you'll do

• Assist cooks as directed
• prepare and label nourishments
• portion desserts, salads, and other non-entree foods
• prepare vegetables and fruits
• slice and measure meat according to menu and nutrition requirements
• follow production and pre-preparation sheets
• clean equipment and work areas
• sweep and mop floors
• wash pots, pans, dishes, and silverware
• support meal tray lines and meet meal schedules.
