This role exists to identify and assess the nutritional needs of inpatient and outpatient clients. The Registered Dietitian initiates interventions to maintain or improve nutritional status and enhances the quality of life for individuals in accordance with their personal goals.

What you'll do

• Provide nutritional expertise to the health care team and educate patients, residents, staff, or consultants.
• Follow Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards of practice and facility regulatory requirements.
• Interact with other departments to set up procedures and policies and solve problems related to dining service and nutrition.
• Participate in the development, review, and revision of continuous quality improvement programs.
