Customer Service Representative, Weekend Closer

The Customer Service Representative, Weekend Closer role is onsite in Minneapolis, MN. Compensation is $13–$15 per hour. The representative reports to the Club Manager and supports member service and new-member sales at Planet Fitness. The role creates a positive experience for members, prospective members, and guests by handling front-desk needs, answering questions, supporting membership transactions, and helping maintain a clean club. The representative escalates service issues to a manager or team lead when needed.

What you'll do

• Greet prospective members and guests
• answer calls
• provide information and tours
• assist with check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, amenity use, and account updates
• address member questions and refer issues to management as needed
• help maintain club cleanliness.
